Giveaway Terms & Conditions:

1. Eligibility

• Age: Entrants must be at least 21 years of age at the time of entry.

• Residency: Open only to legal residents of the United States.

• Exclusions: Employees of Glory Bound Adventures, its affiliates, advertising agencies, and immediate household family members are not eligible to win.

2. How to Enter

• Entry Period: Entries will be accepted starting on January 1st 2026 and ending on April 30th 2026.

• Method of Entry:  "Follow Glory Bound Adventures, and Submit Entry Form." Additional Entries for Booking Adventures and Referrals. Double entries for Bookings Travelled before December 31st 2026. (Even with referrals an Entry Form MUST be filled out to be eligible to Win)

• Limit: Unlimited Entries For Referrals and Bookings.

3. The Prize (The Trip)

• Package Includes: Cruise for Two valued up to $800.

• Exclusions: The winner is responsible for all expenses not listed, including but not limited to:

  • Ground transportation/transfers.

  • Meals, additional excursions, packages (such as internet, drink, or specialty dining), spa treatments, etc..

  • Travel insurance and visas/passports.

  • Incidental hotel expenses (mini-bar, room service).

  • Pre or post-cruise accommodations

  • Prepaid gratuities

  • Excess of $800 Cruise Credit. (GBA will cover up to a max of $800 of the Cruise booking. Any additional travelers or costs of the cruise in excess of the $800 credit will be the sole responsibility of the Winner to cover upon booking)

  • Taxes: All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

• Retail Value: $800.

• Non-Transferable: Prizes cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash, or substituted.

4. Travel Restrictions & Blackout Dates

• Booking Window: Travel must be completed between November 1st 2026 and March 31st 2027. MUST BE BOOKED PRIOR TO DECEMBER 31st 2026.

• Blackout Dates: Prize is subject to availability. Any dates preferred outside of above specified dates must be submitted in writing to GBA for consideration of accommodation.  Accommodation of preference is not guaranteed.

• Documentation: The winner and guest are responsible for obtaining valid passports(if required), any required travel visas(if needed), or any other required travel documentation.

• The Booking will be handled by GBA.

5. Winner Selection & Notification (SALES GOAL OF $25,000 MUST BE MET FOR DRAWING TO OCCUR)

• Selection: One winner will be chosen via random drawing on May 1st 2026 IF OUR SALES GOAL OF $25,000 HAS BEEN REACHED.

• Notification: The winner will be notified via Email within 48 hours.

• Forfeiture: If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, or fails to provide required documentation, a new winner will be selected.

6. Liability & Release

• Risk: By participating, entrants agree to release Glory Bound Adventures from any liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from acceptance or use of the prize.

• Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner grants Glory Bound Adventures permission to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation (unless prohibited by law).
